Policy

Hey doll, Thank you for for deciding to book with Thee Lace Hub. We can’t wait to meet you. Before booking please have a thorough read through the below policies so that you are all set.
  • Unfortunately due to the limited space you must attend to your appointment alone. If you require somebody to attend an appointment with you please inform us prior to your booking so that arrangements can be made.
  • We will be releasing slots on the 20th of every month
  • Any appointments that are booked prior to 8 am and after 7pm are classed as an out of hour appointment which incurs an additional £10 fee.
  • You will be charged a £10 fee to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in CASH. 
  • Please drop off your hair a minimum of 3 days before your appointment. All though recommended, we understand that you may not be able to drop your hair off in person so you can post it. Please contact us prior to posting it so that we can provide you with all the correct information. Be aware that in case of a loss we will not be liable for that.  
  • Please come with your hair clean and free of excessive product as this may interfere with our products being used. This also applies to wigs. 
  • Please arrive to your appointment on time. 
  • We understand that there are factors out of our hand sometimes that cause delay. That is why we have implemented a 10 minute grace period. After that you will unfortunately be charged a late fee of £5 and after 20 minutes it will be an additional £10 fee. After 30 minutes we May have to cancel your booking.
  • If you wish to reschedule your appointment, at least 48 hours notice must be given as we offer one free reschedule per appointment – any more will require a new deposit.
  • At least 48 hours notice must be given if you wish to cancel your appointment and reschedule. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will not be able to reschedule with the same deposit and you will have to book with a new deposit
  • No shows will be charged 50% of their total balance booked.
